Tickets must be purchased in advance. By purchasing ahead of time, you guarantee yourself a spot and you help us gauge how many people to plan for.
Black Tie Optional / Formal Attire
Credit card is the main source of payment for the event and will be added to your Clickbid account upon check in. Clickbid software is what will be used to purchase silent auction, raffle and live auction items.
No. The ticket cut off date is September 6th.
We don’t divide up what’s used for a Silent Auction, raffle, or prizes until a couple of days before the event. You may contact us for a list of items close to the date of the event if you would like to get more details.
We usually have a few really nice items in the live auction. We always auction off a seat at the final table.
We don’t have a set age, but please keep in mind that while our Event benefits kids, this is an adult-oriented event. We would just ask parents to use their own judgment and only enter a maturity-appropriate player.
